    Frequently Asked Questions

What are the Italian marking presets?

Music tempos are historically described in Italian terms: Largo is slow (40-60 BPM), Adagio is leisurely (66-76 BPM), Andante is a walking pace (76-108 BPM), Moderato is moderate (108-120 BPM), Allegro is fast (120-168 BPM), and Presto is very fast (168-200 BPM).

    How does Tap Tempo work?

Click the 'TAP TEMPO' button repeatedly in time with a song you're hearing. The system tracks the interval between clicks to calculate and update the metronome BPM.

Can I configure custom time signatures?

Yes. Select the Beats Per Bar (2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, or 12) and Note Value (half, quarter, eighth notes) in the drop-down selectors to reconfigure the click signatures.
